How much will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping and handling costs will be added at the time of check out. Expect to pay the following:

Unframed photos (unlimited quantity), US GROUND: $5

Unframed photos (unlimited quantity), international, FIRST CLASS USPS: $15

Photos in 8x10 frames: 1–3 (and unlimited unframed photos), US GROUND: $8

Photos in 8x10 frames: 4-6 (and unlimited unframed photos), US GROUND: $16

Photos in 11x14 frames: 1-3 (and unlimited unframed photos), US GROUND: $10

Photos in 11x14 frames: 4-6 (and unlimited unframed photos), US GROUND: $20

Photos in 16x20 frames: 1-3 (and unlimited unframed photos), US GROUND: $15

Photos in 16x20 frames: 4-6 (and unlimited unframed photos), US GROUND: $30

Book: 1-3 copies, US, PRIORITY MAIL: $5

What frames will I get with framed photos? Will their be glazing or a mat?

Framed photos are with flat black wooden frames, glass, and acid-free white mats. The 16x20 photos, however, are framed without a mat. 

How will I be making my payment?

Once I receive your order, I'll send you an email invoice from Google Checkout telling you that Ocean Store is requesting payment. You click on the link in the email and it will take you to the secure site (Google Checkout) where you can submit your payment. If you prefer to pay by check, you cannot use the shopping box. Instead, send me an email with your request. Check orders will take longer to process as I must receive payment before shipping your order.

What if I want to order several framed photos, but in different sizes?

If your order contains various sizes of framed photos, you should select the cost of shipping the largest photo in your order (for example, if you order one 16x20 framed photo, one 11x14 framed photo, and one 8x10 framed photo, your shipping cost will be $15).

What if I want both the book, Madison, Naturally and photos?

If you want to order both copies of the book, Madison, Naturally and photos, you must fill out separate order forms. Shipping and handling costs cannot be computed for single orders containing both items.

What if I make a mistake and choose the incorrect shipping charge from the drop down box at checkout?

Failure to pick the correct shipping cost at the time of check out will result in a slight delay in the processing of your order.

If I live outside of the US, may I order photos?

If you live outside the US, you may only purchase unframed photos and the book, Madison, Naturally.

How soon will I get my photos and books?

I'll answer you request within 48 hours. You can expect to receive your unframed photos within a week of payment. Framed photos will take a few days longer. A book order will take approximately two weeks. Expect delays if you place an order for framed photos in December or May.

What if I want a t-shirt or a mousepad or a magnet with an Ocean photo?

Ocean Store is, at the moment, concentrating on providing high quality prints. However, I will entertain special, quirky requests.

What if I’m not satisfied with the final print?

Return it for a full refund. I want you to be completely happy with each photo (or book) you purchase here. If the glass breaks in framed photos, I will send replacement glass.
